  I am absolutely disgusted with Kebab Delight! JustEat had them down as closed and only offered me a pre-order option for the following day. As I could only pay by card I called them to ask how I could place an order with them (as they were in fact still open for another hour). I was assured that if I made a pre-order for the following day then they would send it out tonight. Awesome stuff! Or so I thought....
  
  On their word I made the order and the money was taken from my account. When the food still hadn't arrived an hour later I called them to be told it was MY FAULT, the order had not come through, they would not be sending food and to top everything off the person on the phone was so arrogant, rude and refused to accept any responsibility for this colossal cock up at all.
  
  To make matters worse, I have just contacted JustEat. They have informed me that the order WAS processed, it WAS sent to Kebab Delight it WOULD have shown on their terminal immediately and the store just never accepted it!
  
  I used to love this place, after tonight I will NEVER be going back!
